Spring Election Process

Elections for new members are held in each Scout Troop or Varsity Team in the Spring of the year so that new members can be 'called-out' during the Spring Camp-o-ree.   To schedule your election, please review the current elections on the calendard and then email the Elections Team with your request.  You will be contacted by a member of the elections team to confirm your date.

Unit leaders are reminded that our election teams are composed of volunteer arrowmen from the Neusiok Chapter.  You are requested to have your OA troop Rep volunteer to help with at least one other election within the District.  Please contact the elections sub-committee chairman to volunteer.

When holding elections in your unit, you must have the following information for each candidate for election:

• Name
• Address
• Phone
• Email
• BSA ID number

Units utilizing Troopmaster Software can print the "OA Candiate Report" prior to the team arrival.
